They were so lovely & delicately made, I really took time to savour each bite ☺️💕 I enjoyed the fine balance that the bakes struck between the different notes of sweet, savoury, tangy, bitter against the backdrop of buttery goodness that did not overpower the other elements in the composition. They paired perfectly with my morning matcha!”

The matcha Madeleines is very rich and flavourful, my mom isn’t a fan of matcha but she really likes your matcha madeleines! My personal favourite is the financiers (I hope I’ll be able to purchase an entire box of that!!). Everything feels like it’s from an high end pastry shop, it’s really really delicious and beautiful!
